This course will deal with a home's interior environmental factors with which an agent may have to deal in both personal life as well as proffessional life. Discussions will include cause and effect, health issues, remediation, control and/or removal of environmental factors including: Tight Homes, Sick Homes, Carbon Monoxide Gas, Radon Gas, Mold (fungi), Volatile Organic Compounds, Dust Mites, Animal Dander, Asbestos, Lead and other contaminants.

This class is taught by BPG Home Inspections and hosted by Maximum One Realty. Students must be on time & stay through the entire course for CE credit.
